    Ubisoft and Support Work

So many of us have issue when Game doesn't start, only splash screen displays and that's it. So i sand ticket to support with Dxdiag, Msinfo and Errors code from Windows Jurnal. And write my specs:
    Xeon X5450
    Geforce 1030GT (417.71)
    8gb RAM
    Win 10pro 1803
    ----------------------------------
And support answer me!!!! Oh my God... What a answer... READ this:
"I’m forced to report that your computer does not fit the minimum requirements for running this game, in particular, the NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 graphics card.
I understand that the game could have worked before, however, after the upgrade it was reworked, which can significantly affect the launch of the game on non-compliant computers."
    ----------------------------------
It is translate from russian support, because i'm from Ukraine and sorry for my english)). So thay not even try to Help! How the fck game can't start with this card, minimum system requirements needs 2 gb and i have it! And this issue obviously cannot be caused by the GPU!!!

P.s. And stop feed us Microsoft Visual C++. update... sure we have all updates!

Well this is utter ****ing ******** because the game launches on my 6 year old office laptop with integrated graphics that can't even run the game at 20 FPS at 25% render resolution. But my PC that could play it effortlessly with under 50% GPU utilization is under the specs and that's why it doesn't launch? Give me a break...

Nice support, Ubi, what the ****?

Same problem here! Using Xeon e5450 8gb ram and a rx480 with 8gb ram. Game does not start. It is not a graphiccard problem. It has to be the cpu. Just another sad day for some of the ubisoft community!!!

Damn. Is Ubisoft business to sell games, or graphic cards ??

I also use a Geforce 1030GT. And it's a brand new... Im not going to buy another graphic card. They will just loose a player and customer if the problem is not fixed.

Before patch, I was running at 40 FPS +, without any problems (at low graphics settings, which is fine for me).

    New Answer from support:

    Hello crowli13!

Thank you for updating the appeal.

As a person also playing For Honor, I understand your feelings in this situation, but if your PC’s configuration does not meet the minimum requirements, we cannot guarantee the performance of the game even if you have not experienced any difficulties before .
    ----------------------------------------------
This so stupid... they just hide behind minimum specs... I'm done!.Good luck my friends, i hope they fix it this issue! But i can't talk with this support...

    Hey crowli13,

The development team is looking into fixing this crashing issue, however as the Xeon CPU is not officially supported, we just cannot guarantee that it will work using that after the issue is fixed.

Alright, but is that fix guaranteed to work for people with supported CPUs ? I have an i7 6850k and I have that specific issue.
