What are you seeing in-game? Is this about matchmaking fairness, time to find a match, or another issue?

If you are experiencing the matchmaking freeze, please try the following workaround:

"We are still investigating the root cause of this, but to workaround this issue, simply open any menu during the matchmaking freeze. Doing so will re-appear and re-enable the Cancel button so you can quit matchmaking and start over."

I had a few times where it said Game Found. Joining. And there it stopped. Did not show any players in the list.

Had to escape out after 3-4 mins.

Thank you for trying to help us out.

Unfortunately, this workaround does not work. Opening any menu while we are stuck on the matchmaking screen does make the Cancel button re-appear, but only for a small fraction of a second, which is not reactable. I tried spamming the ESC key while it was there but it didn't work either. That's why most of us need to close the game through Alt + F4.

So I do hope this isse can be fixed soon !

hi. it is not about match fairness, it is about the connection to me for example. its searching for a game, then i got the message match found and it gets stuck i have to use alt tab to close the game and relaunch it. it is very annoying at makes the repping a pain the ***. can you please look into it? it is unbearable i cant play 1 match without closing and relaunching the game.

Most likely since it's weekend nobody is there at Ubi's HQ. So they might investigate on monday :-) the workaround is just a joke, since it does not work. In former times it was like " Never play on patchday". Nowadays its more like never play in patch weeks...

ubisoft can go to ****ing hell. Do you guys need me to explain to you what fair matchmaking is?? I can give a hint: Im a lvl 12 and my whole team is under 10. Is it than fair to put me against a team with 3 lvl 100+`? And only one lvl 23???????????????????????? Mail me if you need me to explain it to you goofysoft

Pretty sure no penalty if you leave in the first 30 seconds, although to be honest if thats your legit team level search vs AI until you at least get a rep or 2
