Ok, obviously you're not on PS4. I pre-ordered the D2 Digital Ultimate Edt. and already paid for it in full $130 something (incl. tax) on the PSN Store. Of course we have to do something - even if it's just keeping our eyes open..that's 'doing something' in my book, but we still don't know what precisely?..and that's the problem!Originally Posted by Kynlore Go to original post
Will we have to actively search for the Beta Download on the PSN Store..or will it magically pop up in my PS4's Library tomorrow? Or do I have to check my Ubi account..register my a*s somewhere..put in a code here or there..jeez man! Like OP said, this is very confusing (not only for PS4 users) and not how digital pre-orders usually work on PS4 or should work in general. All it says in my PS4 Library is: 'The Division 2 Ultimate Edition Pre-order' + a timer of 329 days + minutes and seconds (as if that weirdo still-almost-11-month-to-go-timer isn't confusing enough).
I don't see any other DLC content that comes with the D2 Ultimate Edition like it did eg for the 'Red Dead Redemption 2' Digital Ultimate Edition either.
You know, I don't want to spend all freaking day tomorrow just to figure out how to preload this Beta for a game I already spent over 130 bucks on..that's all.
'You don't have to do anything..just keep your eyes open' is no satisfying answer and 100% not the way this will work out tomorrow..or at least I highly doubt that. Seriously, they might as well say something stupid like 'you don't have to do anything..just keep breathing to stay alive to play the Beta'.
+1 I don't understand that ubisoft doesn't stick a post saying when beta code will be sent foor people ordering physical version on Ubistore at least...It's not understandable, nobody knows if it's normal or not, it generates I guess tickets on support etc....Beta starts in 2 days and no information. People havind order in other stores already receive it, why not us?
Is a moderator can definitly give a status on this topic and stick the answer !!!
I'm not on anything as I haven't pre-ordered. I was simply providing the link to the information that Ubi has put out so the OP wasn't waiting around for an answer. I'll be sure not to provide information next time you make the request. Have fun with the beta.Originally Posted by stylez-one Go to original post
Hello Agents,
Players who pre-order Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 will get access to the Private Beta of the game, which will be available from February 7th 2019 at 10am CET to February 11th 2019 at 10am CET.
You can also register for a chance to play in the Private Beta on the official The Division 2 website. Invites to registered players will be sent based on the available space.
The Private Beta is available on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
There are two ways to access the Private Beta, depending on whether you pre-ordered a physical or digital version of the game.
If you pre-ordered a digital version
You don’t need to do anything. Simply keep an eye out for the Beta download to become available on your platform and start playing when the Private Beta kicks off!
If you pre-ordered a digital version on PC through any other online store than the Ubisoft Store, please make sure your PC key has been activated. Your Private Beta key will be provided by the store you pre-ordered from.
If you pre-ordered a physical version
By the time the beta starts, you will have received a code from your retailer. This might be delivered to you closer to the start of the beta and may either be printed on your receipt, a leaflet or be sent to you via email. If you are unsure if you received the code or how it should be delivered to you, please check with your retailer, they should be able to help.
The code you received needs to be redeemed on this website. If you need help with this process, please take a look at the information we put together in a separate article.
You can download the Private Beta once it becomes available on your platform and start playing when the Private Beta kicks off!
Please note that the following applies for physical versions:
Preorder any edition of Tom Clancy’s The Division® 2 on PC, PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, at participating retailers, at least forty-eight hours before the start date of Tom Clancy’s The Division® 2 private beta phase to get access to it. I've just had it confirmed that those who ordered physical versions from the Ubisoft store will be emailed a beta code. These haven't been sent out yet though.Originally Posted by Shreck Go to original post

There are no keys being sold through retailers, the site you have purchased from is not an authorised re-seller.Originally Posted by MrTamaski11 Go to original post
Only way to access the beta is to pre-order before deadline OR for a chance to enter sign up here.
We can't guarantee you access through this retailer.
