🛈 Announcement
Greetings! The For Honor forums are now archived and accessible in read-only mode, please go to the new platform to discuss the game

    Is Reddit the official forum?

In the last Warrior's Den, Guillaume Pal Clauss said that they sent surveys on Reddit.
People on the official Ubosoft/For Honor forum alimented threads about matchmaking almost every day. So why didn't we hear about those surveys here? Is this forum completely irrelevent?
Really, tell us if the devs team don't give a **** about what we say here and we will just go to Reddit!

    Hey Corentin,

Seems to just be an oversight in this case. The Forums and Reddit are both equally important to us, and we take feedback from both places to the team.

    Regards,

    Jim.

    This is really sad ;b

The devs in these Forums are doing a good job, but the high ones like Pope, etc. prefer memes.

You can say both The Forums and Reddit are both equally important to you guys, but your actions, specifically on the dev stream, tell us otherwise.

I've said it before: For a multi-billion dollar AAA company, to use a third party platform (and not your own platform) as the main means of communication is not only a risk in itself, since you are not in true control of the channel of communication, it is also very confusing for your customers.

We tend to communicate on both channels, and both are equally important to us. The only reason you'll sometimes here Reddit mentioned is due to the majority of the community being there. Doesn't mean we prioritize it.

    Jim.

yeah it was frustrating to hear

eric and luke admitted in the last den that they take the feedback from reddit

damian said the same before he left

i don't know what to say

if these guys who represent the game doesn't give a bollox about the forums then why bother posting on it

    such a disappointment .
