how many bugs can one spell have?

my Sixth element got Mind controlled, opponent starts to summon vacuum with it, so I MC back... low and behold TWO Vacuums spawn, made no difference to the game though

and this one does, I use PCP to push, they play Cyborg Kenny, i go to mind control the CK and PCP pushes it while the MC is in the process of activating , instead of the kenny going to their newkid,or being killed, it goes to MY NEWKID INSTEAD, this is not even a one off bug, it happens time and time again and this bug LOST ME THE GAME (and started a chain of complete BS that lost me over 1000 ELO) because the MC wore off at my newkid, this joke is absurd and needs fixing I am essentially being penalised for doing something SKILLFUL because of the bug.
