bad publicity: I steal the nr 1 truck and drive to yellow arrow. park it. drive nr 2 truck
back and park in the spot left by nr 1 truck. I exit the area.. in a few seconds I get
a skull with a timed out message. the intro message says all I have to do is steal the truck.
20 times I have tried enclouding blowing up truck 1 and then truck 2. I've tried everything.
one trip I drove nr 1 truck out and drove nr 2 truck back. when I got there, nr 1 truck was back home.
El Pulpo's right-hand man: I finally was able to grab el pulpo and we talked then with no
input from me, I knocked him out. pulled up the map and saw the next move was to the pit
that had a yellow arrow jumped into helicopter . half way to the pits (yellow arrow) I received
a skull and a time out message. WTF, over.
you can tell I need help, I just can't find it in the game. I can't figure out what I am suppose to do.
these are the last two hombre's I need to get to the bosses.

For the Bad Publicity quest, it appears one playthrough I watched took out two enemies near the truck, took the first truck to the spot, talked to the rebel near the spot, got to the replacement truck, left the truck back to the spot and left without being detected. It should auto complete for you.
For El Pulpo's Right Hand Man, it appears you go to the mine, interrogate the mine manager, go to free Wagner, and take Wagner to Barvechos Charlie. Are you able to provide a video of what is happening to you?
