Small pk rework with the absolute minimal effort
Okay, please, forward this: in order to be viable, pk will need some of this added. Your buff won't solve anything on it's own, she is the weakest character now. I won't include anything that needs radical programming, like totally new moves.
1. Unblockable top heavy finisher. Pretty selfexplainatory, it is less useful than others. Just having this is already a vast buff, if you add it, you might really wait to see how it plays out (not enough, shaman has this and more, but just this would make her solid B tier). Beside balance, you also have to think how to make her more popular, and that can be done by creating an identity for her.
2. Dagger cancel, dodge attacks and deep gouge are chainstarters. Having them would add reliable pressure. Adding this would make a B tier hero. Adding this and point 1 would make a balanced A tier.
3. Dodge attacks can be canceled any way heavies can. With any of the above added, she is A tier (S tier with both). This would be the best, since it would make her the most mobile character, so it would work as identity recreation (dancer of death).
4. Any special bleed effect. Preferably something encouraging more pressure.
Your art team already made a great job, this is all we need, and she is ready to be an other popular character.
