Please see if this issue persists after uninstalling Uplay, installing the latest version, and opening the program as administrator.
I have the same problem. I tried to preorder a game through Uplay but when I clicked on Pre-order, it shows my cart with text "Your shopping basket is currently empty." So I tried it with the Ubisoft shop (store.ubi.com) but even there, I can't add it to my cart. The button become just grey and nothing really happens. I already submitted a ticket last Friday but I've got sadly no response to this time. If it helps, the ticket number is 07836355. I would be glad at least for some response.
Hi LazarusV2! I did see your ticket. I tried looking at your account's recent transactions, and did not see your attempt for FCND. You should not have been charged for this purchase attempt, in the event you were. I have passed your ticket on to the correct department for investigation regarding this issue. I strongly recommend using the website as a work around.
Thank you for your the answer and looking into this problem. I tried it again right now but still no change. I put the game to cart and it shows that its there. Then I press to contiune and it wants me to sing in with my account. So I do it and it will redirect me to page, where I fill billing information etc. But when I want to click on "Confirm and Pay" I can't, because the button is grey by default and it won't let me to push it. I can post a image of it here or on the ticket if it will help you.
