Are you running on WT5? Are you running the most challenging content you can? That drop rate seems really low to me. I recently started a new account and I don't have 1/3 the hours in that you do and I've got quite a few gear items and classifieds. I am normally not a very lucky person either. I got most of these running open world (LZ) boss runs, Underground, and missions on challenging.

On this account, I now have a classified for each slot, with like 4 for the backpack, at least 2 holsters, and also FINALLY got the ninja bag (in my opinion one of the best things you can find early in the game). I have also got Medved, Liberator, Caduceus, Hildr, Eir, Midas, Tenebrae, Tommy Gun (who cares) and just before I quit last night I also got the Showstopper.

That said, if you have time, hit the Global Event hard this week and get all the GE credits you can and buy some of the classified caches of whichever gear set you like best of the four.

I always hit the GE's real hard, if for nothing else but the Div Tech. I am usually on from 6-11pm CST and however long I can get away with on the weekends. If you don't have any friends in the game, you can add me if you are on PC. My main Uplay account is the same name as here: Bambihunter1971

yes there is a problem. i back 3 weeks ago to d1 and now after 110h... i collect 2 full sets (not coutnig global event boxes) + 1 with global event. and punch line is that i have 1 stricker gloves,1 nomad mask and multiply every pieces of others sets... offcorse i'm a solo player... i know that no one fix/change that because d2 ...

I am not sure what you are saying... Are you saying that you think with 110 hours you should have 3 full classified sets and if you don't they should fix it?

no, i did not but i think that after 100h player should have at lest 1 classified set... if not that maybe it is not a bug but would be nice move to "fix it". but this is just opinion.

back to main problem. i notice that probability/ratio of dropping classified nomad and striker pieces is much lower then other sets. after 110 (no it is ~150) i collected 2 (+ 1 with global event so i dont count this one) classified sets and multiply pieces but only 1 nomad and 1 striker. i have about 70 pieces of classified's but only 1nomad and striker. i have minimum 4 pieces of any type of sets except nomad and striker sou yes, imho it is a bug/problem....

I feel your pain. It is almost as if the game knows what you want to run and won't give it to you. I recently started playing on a new account since my main account has everything as it should with over 88 days playtime.

However, my new account 3 days, 6 hours as of this post. It only has full Reclaimer set. I have others like Predator that are close. Like you, the last GE helped that quite a bit. However, I like to play with D3 and Hunters Faith. So far, I have gotten 2 of each classified. Remember that Classifieds released with 1.7 in I think August of 2017 after the game launched in March of 2016. So, for about a year and a half there were no classifieds (as well as sniper ranged shotgun rushers). The game is fully playable without them. Of course, we all want them, it makes it easier and in many ways more fun due to even more specialization. Personally I think the drop rate now is higher than at any point in the games history. Absolutely is if you factor in GE's. I remember reading that they doubled the LZ boss drop rate for classifieds and exotics. I still run LZ boss runs quite often as time allows just to increase my odds to finish up this characters builds.

Just hang in there... Do the daily tasks for Div Tech. Do LZ boss runs (respawn every 4 hours), run legendary/heroic missions, play the GE's as much as possible while they are active, and if you don't mind the toxicity, farm the DZ.
