I'm on PC and the same happened. It disappeared randomly and also I didn't get into the season finals, but haven't received nor the pants, nor the credits that was promised.

I strongly encourage you to try the steps I suggested. These are steps we need players to do so we may rule out possible sources of the issue.

the bug was resolved but has returned, my bet is that the latest update was made on a build that didnt have the fix for it
