I could make you a video of me showing the store empty and it not being in the inventory but i don't see how that would help. This seems to be a problem that a lot of people if not everyone is facing. the outfit just is not there, like i said it did not even preview in the store. I am on PC and i have seen/heard from PS4 players having the issue as well.

Can you confirm what platform you are experiencing issues on and create a support ticket with images showing the outfit has been purchased but not in your inventory.
Once I have this I will forward it to the team to look into further.
Same here on Ps4! I am planning on opening a ticket as soon as live chat is available, I already opened a case abt this issue with pictures and explanations of everything
I have submitted a Support case with the reference number 07836084 and also included a video that shows it as having bought and not being in the inventory. Hope you guys can figure this issue out![]()
