Hi!

I recently bought the X Games Outfit that costs around 40000 credits, but it didn't appear in my character menu. I hope it's just a nasty bug and that you can help.

I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles finding this item. I see it in our system as having been purchased and being in your inventory. Please try restarting your game. Please also check if the content is available when doing X-Games related events in game.

Same problem,40000 credits purchase the white one (looks like in the X-games DLC,The Big Air Competition u wear)
the shop Sell 2 outfits(the brown and the white one )??? or thats the bug???

i have got the brown one,the shop display the white one then i bought, BUT nowhere to find it.

beacuse many player has that problem.

if thats the bug i hope u can give us money back(40000 credits)

I tried restarting and went to do some X Games competitions, but nothing changed, so if you could look into it, I'd appreciate it.

Friend and I are also experiencing this. The outfit didn't even load in the preview in the store. And not appearing after purchase

Please can you create a support ticket here and if you are able to provide any screenshots to show either that you've purchased it, and your inventory to show its missing, that will help the game team getting it reported and resolved.

Done it, but it's pretty hard to take a screenshot of it.
