numerous auto crash logs sent, still no hope to play, I would like my money back for DLC I haven't been able to use since last update.

I can see that your previous ticket you did not respond too and it closed.
While I cannot offer assistance on your refund, I would advise that you complete all the troubleshooting steps that my colleague sent on the ticket.
