    Developers of Ubisoft incompetent?

I recently faced this situation - I played in a rating duel, I won 2–1, and then I was thrown out with the error “insufficient frame rate”. Well, I think, I didn’t, after all, got out of the game or pulled the wire - everything is in order. But when I went in, I saw that I was given a penalty of 40% of my current division (bronze V). I burned neatly, honestly. GAME threw me out, and fine me. Why didn't the developers foresee such a situation? To insert a condition filter in the form of an error code is very simple. This is objectively unfair to the players.
I do not argue that I have a rather old PC, I’m all going to upgrade it. But! At the minimum settings, I play myself quite well and in the 1 on 1 mode I had such a mistake for the first time in the entire 1.5 months that I play.
I wrote to tech support (of course, with the game logs), I wrote to facebook, if the first just said that we can not do anything, then the second just are silent.

And, of course, no one is going to return me an unfairly lost rating.
    So here.

Enter these damn filters for errors !!

I'm lucky that I ran into such a mistake now, as long as my rating is not too high. Perhaps there are still errors that occur not due to the player’s fault, but already in this situation it is clear that the developers absolutely ... for the players - since such SIMPLY Situations must be thought out at the planning stage of the game! And if the error of this type will fly from someone in the gold division? And platinum? This is VERY interesting to raise 40% of the ranking in the division because the developers did not think about this simple situation.
That's all I wanted to say.

May I ask you what kind of setup you're running and what settings you're going with? Perhaps I can make your life a bit more worthwhile as long as you stick to that rick you have atm.

I was forced over the holidays to play with a very old graphic card which was apparently way below the lowest requirements so I might be able to pass on some tweak here and there to help you with your frame rate issue

I have a rather old PC (I'm going to build a new one) - so I’m playing on really minimal settings. My claim to the developers is not that I was kicked out of the game, but that they did not foresee the simplest situation when a player is excluded from the game - and the penalty is imposed on him, although there is no objective guilt and no penalty.

And I think that unfortunately, my PC does not help with any tricks - it just needs to be changed. )

That can only be said after you told me your configs and specs. As I said before just with that graphic card alone I was not able to run the game on minimal settings without getting way past over the gpu memory limit and sth around unstable 30 fps. But with some further adjustments here and there I was able to play duels sth around 60 and the event with sth around 45 fps or more on average.

Maybe if you don't wanna go through the trouble of taking pictures or listing everything here. Go check out Field of Vision, reduce it quite a bit, and play around with the resolution. Some of the lower ones can be usable if you don't stretch them across the screen.

But yes, if you get a new pc real soon, no need to bother
