I remember when Towelie was first rolled in, for some reason when Towelie approached either NK, our smileys were sslloowweedd ddoowwnn, the Trey Parker/Cartman emoticon laugh/angry/cry/thumbs up.

Maybe the devs thought of it as a bug at first, but this ended up being by far the most hilarious thing I've ever encountered on this game. It was short lived and patched sometime soon. Let's get together and vote this in!
