My teammate can't log in. His username is Herqlees and our team is Koon and Friends.

Is your teammate being shown any error messages when they try to log in?

I'm trying to get in touch with him on the chat. I'll get back to you when I do

He gets a message saying "make sure you are correctly signed in to Google play games on your device" He says it has all app permissions. I had him uninstall the game and reinstall it and it didn't fix it.

I have that too sometimes, and when I wait, it gets to the next screen (wait like tens of seconds).

Thanks for the suggestion, fecog! Mitch, can you check in with your teammate and see if waiting helps the issue?

He said he fixed it by clearing his cache and delete data on his Google play services.

Yeah, the message actually offers that, but if I wait, it still goes in (and it typically does it on my home wifi, but not always either).
