Alright so basically it got to a stage where grw is unplayable. I spent a lot of hours on the game and really enjoyed playing with friends when it was glitch free...
I am getting crash to desktop everytime I try to launch the game. I came back after a little break and previously had no problems however now it is impossible to play and therefore is extremely frustrating.
I have contacted support however it was a waste of time as I got nowhere.
Please suggest how can I get this resolved ASAP ubi or refund the game

I am sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing. We very much appreciate your passion for the game and therefore will do our best to resolve this for you! Would you be able to advise whether you get any error messages when the crash occurs?
A lot of the times, majority of technical issues that you are experiencing can be resolved by completing the basic PC troubleshooting steps so if you haven't already, you can try completing them and see if the problem persists.
