Please fix this issue cause even though when I'm invisible the enimies could still see me even though when I'm not suspected or hunted by them. Cause that just waste our time getting the accesory knowing the mission is really hard it just makes the reward worthless.

It has a fairly limited effect. It slightly increase the amount of time it takes before an enemy starts to detect you. That is all it does; you swill still get detected unless you are using the extra time to move into cover.
