Thank you for your communication. At least you have been more sympathetic than the official support people I have been going back and forth with. In my final communication clarifying the situation, I was told that I would have been better off not buying the game as since I bought it, they can't help me at all with either the save transfer or even getting me the helix credits that I had used in Project Stream. I still can't get over the irony that I have been told by support that it would have been better to not buy their game than to have bought it.
I know that the Project Stream rules say that if there is a copy of Odyssey attached to your account that you won't be eligible for the free copy, but what if you borrowed or rented the XBOX One or PS4 version of the game to play for the time being. Would this stop you from getting your free copy? Thanks in advance

Good question
I am pretty sure it just means owning a copy on your Uplay PC account, this is where the game would be added to and if you already own a copy there, you would not be able to have the same template added again. So playing on console shouldn't affect this process.
I certainly understand your desire to play the game again as soon as possible, and I appreciate you participating in the Project Stream version of Assassin's Creed Odyssey. I do not see any indication of a two week deadline, so please send a link to where you've seen this stated. Please also keep an eye out for an email coming from us, as the page I've found stated 'in the weeks following'.![]()
There was an email sent out on Jan 14th saying it would be approximately two weeks. http://imgur.com/a/9HuY5LEOriginally Posted by UbiGabrinth Go to original post
Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere, but are the codes limited to PC only? I'm currently playing through Origins on Xbox One X and it looks unbelievably good. My PC, while still decent in most cases, can't come anywhere near these visuals. I'm not complaining about a free game, of course. Just hoping that there is a chance for an Xbox code over PC. That was the main reason I didn't play more during the beta. While it did look good, and the technology was impressive, I couldn't get over how much better it could look.
