I have a related question. I played and enjoyed the project stream version and actually bought the PC version before they announced we would get it for free. I know I won't get an extra free copy, but can I at least still have my save data and helix credit purchase transfer to my PC version like the people who get it for free? I'd even be willing to let me PC version save data be overwritten to do this as I was much further in the project stream version.

I cannot say with certainty if that will be possible.

I would recommend creating a support ticket on our support website so the team can investigate the possibility.

I actually did create a support ticket already, but they didn't really read the details of my issue and just quoted the statement on the website about how players will get a free copy and have their save and helix credit purchases transfer. I posted here since I got no help there.

I wanted to give you an update. I discovered I could reopen my support ticket and did. I just heard back and was disappointed that it is apparently not possible to transfer my save from Project Legacy or my Helix credit purchases to the PC version I bought before the announcement that we'd get it for free.

Now I'm just annoyed that I wasted my money thinking it would be the only way to keep playing, and to add insult to injury, I can't transfer my save and lose out on the 1000 helix credits that people who didn't buy the game like me get for free. By buying the game, I get less than the people who paid nothing. I appreciate the generous gesture of giving the game for free to Project Stream testers, but it ends up feeling like a slap in the face to people that bought the game and then can't transfer their save or helix credits.

Transferring data is not something we have done in the past as we lack the ability to do it.

I can appreciate that you are unhappy with the outcome, and for that I am sorry.
