    Revenge mode is still terrible

Even without the revenge gear stats, revenge mode is still awful. Here are some things I think could make it better.

    1. No one should ever get revenge mode in a 1 vs 1 fight. The revenge bar shouldn't even fill at all. Nothing is worse than almost killing someone in a 1 vs 1, only for a teammate to run over and do 1 bash attack that makes them get revenge and finish you off.
    2. Revenge mode needs a cooldown. No one should get to pop revenge several times in a row during the same fight. The cooldown can end once that player has left that fight.
    3. Bashes, kicks, etc should fill much less revenge than they currently do. Some characters are completely useless in a group fight because they can't do anything without feeding revenge.
    4. Revenge mode should come with a speed buff. As it is now, it is completely a burden on the slower characters. When a slow character gets revenge everyone just backs off or runs away, but when a slow character is fighting a faster character who gets revenge they are forced to stand and fight.

The FH team agrees with you on this one. They don't want revenge to be a reward for losing a 1v1, so to speak. This is something they're looking at.

im very glad to hear that.
ive been playing with a couple of friends, and we all agree that the revenge mechanic on 1vs1 is making people turtle, just waiting to get revenge.

I think the revenge mechanic on multiple enemies should only reset when you kill an enemy. only then, it will start to fill again.

But bashes, kicks etc should fill the revenge meter even more because its so spammable that the downsides are almost zero to none (as long as you hit the target)

And i agree that it should come with a speed buff.

I also think that any damage you take during revenge, should transfer out of revenge. like if you have 90% health, get revenge (then you have 100%) and the enemies take you down to 70%, then you should have 70% out of revenge.

    I only agree with 4.

2 and 3 are dumb. Its the fault of the gankers if they keep bashing etc the moment revenge ends.

1 i partially agree with. In that yeah shouldnt happen evrr in a 1v1 but when another person joins the fight it should be available soon. Revenge could fill up in 1v1s but just not be triggerable until they get attacked by an outside source. This also prevents kill stealing. Because honestly when a new player jumps in a 1v1 right at the end it bothers me sometimes.
If revenge buildup was removed entirely from 1v1s they would need to also switch out and revenge attack feats for something better.

Sid3 note every character can perform well in a group fight without feeding revenge with self control and awareness of ones teamates. Its peoples want to spam and score the kill/kill assist that contribute to the revenge build speed.

It is just not true that every character can contribute well to a group fight without feeding revenge. Aramusha and Orochi are pretty useless in a gank. Quite a few of the slower characters such as Warlord and Highlander have to feed revenge a lot to get in any damage.

The reason why revenge mode shouldn't fill at all in a 1v1 is because you should actually have to survive a gank to get it, not be rewarded at the very end of a 1v1 when a second opponent runs over and hits you 1 time.

The revenge gained on attack feat could still fill your revenge in 1v1.

I think you should be rewarded with revenge when you block, parry, and dodge attacks in a gank, including bashes. If you successfully dodge a bash in a gank, I think you should get a lot of revenge. I just don't see why standing there taking bashes should feed so much revenge, especially when so many of the characters have no other way to get in damage.

I can't stand revenge mode. It literally turns the character into a god. The Vortiger shouldn't even be allowed to have it, IMO.

I think instead of depending so heavily on revenge, they should up the damage amount on friendly fire, particularly if there are two or more characters locked on the same opponent.
So if I'm ganking someone and my attack hits my partner, it'll do significant damage to him and be a potential threat. This will prevent spamming hit to just overwhelm the opponent.

Revenge should be enough to boost a characters health and maybe his damage and speed, but shouldn't be enough to not get killed at all when activated.
