Can you confirm if you remove the parental restrictions if you can connect?

No it is not working. I completely removed the parental restrictions. But the game works fine only under my account.

So even with the parental restrictions turned off, the game will only connect to the Internet under your account?

I would advise contacting our Support team via our website, so they can take a closer look into this.

I’m having exactly the same issue. Two adult accounts can access steep but my son’s account with parental restrictions loosened to include 15 Teen access does nt connect

If you remove the parental restrictions from your system altgoether, do you still have the same issue?

Do you also have a Ubisoft Account registered for your Son's PSN account?
