    No it is not working. I completely removed the parental restrictions. But the game works fine only under my account.

    So even with the parental restrictions turned off, the game will only connect to the Internet under your account?

    I would advise contacting our Support team via our website, so they can take a closer look into this.

    Yes, exactly, it connects only under my parental account. Thanks, now the chat seems to be working, before the only option was forum (saying due to COVID....)

    Iím having exactly the same issue. Two adult accounts can access steep but my sonís account with parental restrictions loosened to include 15 Teen access does nt connect

    Sorry to hear you are also encountering this issue.

    If you remove the parental restrictions from your system altgoether, do you still have the same issue?

    Do you also have a Ubisoft Account registered for your Son's PSN account?
