    Disappearing Order - Ubisoft Store


    Yesterday bought the STEEP game, but disappearing from My Orders, cant see in My Games and not received the Order confirmation email too, but i got "Mission Complete" message at the end of the payment and sms from my bank, that the charge/transaction was successful. Now i cant install and play the game because asking for product code or CD key.
    I have already sent a ticket for the support about this case.

    That's really sad,i lost my money! Please, i neeed help!

    Please, can i have a refund or something?!

    It is best to continue this with the Support team via the ticket you made as we cannot provide support for store-based queries over the forums.
