I'm exaspereted to read that kind of stuff all the time

"Wow Rep 60 Orochi and spamming light/kiai ? Wow ! Wow !

I know you can deactivate chat but how I suppose to share "tactical" instructions to other players during the game ?

Practically speaking I just play casually, I can't be good enough to be "competitve", never be. It's really annoying while having a good behaviour I get toxic comments
is it intended ?

Honestly, those comments to me, sound like sour grapes, salt and butt-hurt from losing to a character they personally dont like. Play your main with pride and laugh at the salty little kids that cant handle you. If they get overly aggressive and abusive just report.
