Perhaps a PVE added side mission where we could "hack" Unidad /Extranjeros radios and call them in to create a diversion when needed? I often shoot @ Unidad or SB when rebels are just cruising by them to create a faction war.

I thought initially but they are called Extranjeros as in Foreigners

they are hunting you down in FG will not make any sense

Hence my confusion as well.

I'm thinking Vikk needs to Puff, Puff, Paass it more of then lol
