Been trying to play for 2 months now, and still freezing with in 5 min of game play on my new system.

at the same time I get EAC security error @0001,

I have a corsair link that runs my Water cooler I think this is causing it as well as RTX 2080, 417.71 WHQL'ed.

the same time this started I purchased the sniper pack.

I have reinstalled 2 x's, and set from medium to high setting and still get CTD not responding and can not get out of game I have to hit reset on the computer.

Will not allow me to alt end task through the task manager.

Resolution screen issue?

my auto crash logs keep going to you guys and yet no answer? I had to place the game in to windowed mode for it to send the crash logs

I have the same problem. Have contacted Ubisoft and they havent gotten back to me after i sent them some info files about my system...

Or not exactly the same, game shuts down between 1sec-1min of game time, And Easy Anti Cheat complains abut my Nvidia DLL files. Have no problem with Far Cry 5 or Rainbow Six Siege,

This error could be due to a number of things. The common culprits are programs like MSI afterburner and RBG processes from what I've seen in other games.

If you have MSI afterburner installed, uninstall it and see if the issue persists. If you have a program like ASUS Aura or certain motherboard RGB lights you should try disabling that software to see if that's the issue.

I have none of those or similar programs. I just know that Easy Anti Cheat hates my Nvidia DLL's. And if i replace a DLL file, it just complains about another one..

Hey guys! Have you seen this EAC FAQ for GRW? If those steps did not help, please submit a screenshot of the EAC error and your msinfo/dxdiag files on a ticket for further assistance. Once you've done that, please reply back with your ticket number. Thanks!

If its freezing when you enter a menu, this is an issue everyone has been having since September 2018 with all the RTX 20XX cards. Ubisoft is aware of it, but still hasn't fixed it. The only way you can get it to work is by taking your uplay client into offline mode then playing wildlands. It shouldn't freeze then, but you won't get any of the online features.
