Can there be more leaders in one team? | Forums

I'm a leader, and I've been thinking lately that it would be fun to visit other teams for a certain period of time, hence my question. I know, I could actually try, but thought I throw this here before making my team freak out.

You can make someone, that you trust, the leader of the team in the interim and leave.

When you get back, they can make you the leader again.

My team made me the leader... started off as a member and was promoted to the top.

BTW, the original leader is from Colorado (so is most of the team) and I am South African, so there's proof that we are taking your jobs without even being in America
