Squad Won't Shoot Despite Commands [Operation Archangel]

So I don't know if this is new or if the devs care but I figured I'd post it anyway. I live in hope.

The squad AI keeps failing. They just stop shooting. If I give them the FIRE command they'll run out into the open or lean out of the windows of the car but they won't actually shoot anything. In operation Archangel this is very consistent. They can synch shot but once all hell breaks loose they just fail. Over and over and over and over and over again. They just stand in the open and get shot to death until I heal them or die and, in case anyone cares, it's not any fun. It sucks.

Cheers. Thanks for a great (and often buggy) game.

Hi Whitelion1284! Are you able to provide a video showcasing this issue?

Since the latest patch I've been noticing several "trends" in the way the game behaves. It seems as if certain scripts are failing to trigger. I'll go through a wooden house and then run back out into the open... and Nomad's footsteps still sound as if he's running on a wooden floor. I'm no expert but I suspect the Squad AI glitch has a similar root. They're getting stuck in a non-com state like the one they use before Nomad gives the fire command or the enemy detects the squad.

    Anyhoo, enjoy the awful video.
    Cheers

    Thanks for that video Whitelion1284!
I'd first recommend verifying your game to ensure there's no corruption in the files.
If you're still experiencing this issue after that please let us know!

UbiMatcha, I'll give that a try.

    All files successfully validated.
Which, if I'm not mistaken, means the problem persists.
I'll be sure to come back and whine about it some more when it happens, though.

If you are able to find a clear way of making this happen (assuming the issue doesn't last between play sessions), please let us know.

Okay far be it for me not to admit when I was wrong but since verifying the games file integrity I have not experienced the problem even once. So I suppose this issue can be considered resolved. Thanks folks.
