most of my friends stopped playing since this horrible zoom out... Have no idea whats a point of this update, its just making game hard to play.
Also its absolutely not how supposed to be cos i tried 6 different phones and on 3 of them game looks like it was before update.
I can also disable Fullscreen at my phone, and game will look as before but with huge borders.

You guys REALLY need to focus on this problem, its most important 'bug' i seen atm...

I finally found an answer on reddit. I have a note 8 and just had to go to settings < display < full screen mode and scroll down to south park and turn off full screen

Hi All

Any news on this zoom out issue? I have a Huawei Mate P20 Pro and I don't have the option under settings to make SPPD full screen so no resolution for me so far?
Please can this be fixed, it is really annoying and has been like this for 3 months. I read a lot of post and it is always promised to be raised with the 'teams' but still no fix? You cant expect people to pay so much for buying packs but wont fix a simple bug like this. Common!

Same here. On my galaxy S10+, the playing field only occupies a small area in the middle, and is extremely hard to see fighter timers, level numbers, etc, and is hard to tap anything accurately. I did set it to be a full-screen app which helped somewhat, but is is still WAY TOO SMALL. MY S7 edge used I used have was fine until recently when it got reall small as well.

This makes the game unplayable and its scary to see team members say its operating as intended. This is definitely not working as intended. I recently bought a Note9 and the game functioned the way it always has since I started playing early 2018. I returned the phone because it was too big for me and got an S10 and now I have the zoom out layout others are experiencing. Disabling the full screen fix is now impossible because of a recent update apparently. Game launcher no longer has the option, and the native android display settings only gives the option of Auto or full screen mode. Both have the same layout. Here is what my game looks like on the S10

That blue area is my playing field, the entire area I can do anything in this game now makes up about 15% of my screen. I cant see what I need to see to play this game. I cant differentiate between different units abilities if they're too close together. I cant place cards at the right spots to block incoming attacks. Playing against players without this layout is a disadvantage and makes this game pointless. I've spent an embarrassing amount of money on this game and now its unplayable. I hope someone from the dev team will admit this is not working as intended because frankly that's either confusion over what the issue really is or just a flat out lie. Imagine how many people are now getting this if all S10 devices have the same problem. New players will think it's normal and just assume it's a poorly made game and quit. Old players like myself will just stop playing. You guys need to fix this, its obviously broken.

Same problem on the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus. I just upgraded from an iPhone 7 and now the game appear smaller to me on my bigger phone because of this zoomed out issue. Makes the game unplayable.

Over a year ago someone giving the same lip service as the guy in this thread. "Working as intended" "We are looking into this problem." Are we just SOL because they dont care? I have units completely covered by ability bubbles. This is absurd for anyone to look at this and think its acceptable.

This is always your response on the same issue. You have been aware of this issue for a year now since a few of us first logged it!!!!!! Stop lying already.

So we have been complaining about this issue for over a year just to be told it will remain the same. In my thread I also complained about the same thing. I did some digging and noticed this issue was only previously found on iPhones. The "team" pushed out an update to fix this issue for iPhone which in returned bugged some Android devices like my Huawei Mate P20 pro. Then they just purely ignore it for over a year. It is like they have a basket of complains and problem they use to place all the issues they are not bothered to solve. Typical. Tired of complaining of this, If this is not fixed in the update after the 23rd May 2019 I will have no choice but to agree I wasted all my hours of grinding and just uninstall the game as it clearly show they only have interest in solving the whales issues.

Just purchased a new s10+, and this is happening to me. Have come from an S7 edge, where the game worked perfectly. Is there any update here, or has everyone running these phones just quit?
