Third time this occurred. I grind to get points to win group event points, then get screwed when trying to open card pack. Once closing and opening game saved me from this fate, but today I forgot to do that.

You guys wanna fix it and re-award me the two packs that went missing? Please? Thank you.

Hi there!
If the packs were interrupted during the opening, they do have fail-safes built into them. The contents do make it to your inventory, but it's without a notification. I can look them up though, if they were event packs. What is your in-game name?
