Are you fixing this bug in the next update? It's cost me 3 matches because of it. My cyborg Kenny hit his new kid twice and didn't do damage

I don't think that's a bug. I've had it happen to me very recently as well, but it was lag causing it, so that may be the case for you too. Had Manbearpig wailing away on NK with no damage being done. After about 10 seconds of this, all the damage that was not getting dealt was all dealt to him all at once.

Well, the damage was not received later on. Each time it happens, I lose the match by a bar in sudden death. When I shouldn't of gone to sudden death in the first place. I want every win doing this drag of an event.
