Here is a fix that I have found.....and that's this, if you load a save file that is giving you the black screen bug, simply delete that save file its corrupt and load the next save file below that one, the issue is a corrupt save file. And I wouldn't get my hopes up that Ubisoft will fix this, there reputation ant much better than the likes of EA?

Please note that we are unable to recover corrupted save files, and that corrupted saves can damage other content. This support article (which is for Xbox 360, but has the same steps for Xbox One) provides more information about detecting corrupted saves on your system.
