I would like to play Rising on PC but I don't know if there will be a lot of multiplayer. If there isn't cross platform multiplayer I'd like to know where the most players will be.

Unfortunately there will be no cross platform multiplayer capability for Trials Rising. As far as the most popular platform goes, we will have to wait until release to see statistics regarding that.
