Hi,

Around 6-7 times now this scenario has happened:

I win my last game to get the pvp pack and move on to the lockers. These have the 375/450/500 tickets prize. I spend in game dollars to get these. They count up. Then I go to the pvp pack and open it up. When the pvp tickets show up as an prize, I lose all my won pvp tickets from the lockers and it starts counting again from the previous amount before the lockers were opened.
This has cost me around 3000 pvp tickets and around 100 in game dollars already and I’m getting frustrated about it. I made a screenshot this time showing different numbers on screen, which proves the 450 pvp tickers from the lockers this time were erased.
Can someone fix this for me please, I don’t know what to do anymore.

Hi,
I’m messaging because of the apparent bug with the pvp tickets. It happened to me again today. Bye bye 7 more ingame dollars and 450 pvp tickets.
The photo in the link shows in the top the previous total pvp tickets after I opened 450 tickets. The total under the card when I flipped the pvp pack ticket card jumped back to the previous numer (you can do the math) and then started counting up with the pvp tickets that are shown on the prize pack card.
Hope you can do something about this. It’s no fun this way anymore.
