Happy New Year Agents.....
So I Reported A Cheater On 26 Dec 2018 And Got A reply From Ubisoft that they are unable to communicate on the outcome of any such investigations with anyone else except the reported account holder.
To Confirm this, I check That Cheater Stats To See If He Got some Temporary Ban but instead,he is active till date now.
It Will Be better If You Make Some Changes In Your Security Policies.
So,You Can Cheat And Make This Game unplayable for others and you will be not banned but if we mention him here to stop him from cheating and to alert others agents to be careful to play wen he is there,we will get a warning and a temporary ban or even a permanent ban.
I Have To Wait 45 Min In Last Stand to finally get a game and finish my commendations but this cheater Makes everything Unplayable and when everyone leaves,he wait to join next game to ruin everyone fun.
if you continue this thing in your division 2, i will be not surprised to see the same thing happening to that That One also.(Everyone Knows What Happen To Division 1 In Starting year)
I Have 1400+ Hours in this game and i am a huge fan of this game but these type of things made me Angry to see that who want fair play can't do anything.
Hey lunaticwolfdean,
Completely understand your frustration with cheaters in TD. The cheating reporting process is double-blind, so the person you reported doesn't know who reported them but it also means the reporter doesn't know the outcome of the investigation. We do this to protect the privacy of players.
However, I can assure you the dev team worked to improve all aspects in TD2, including taking steps to prevent cheating. More information about this will be released soon! Thank you for your patience with us.

Did you provide evidence? Granted some cheats are not so obvious so I don't bother, but the few times I've come across blatant cheaters I also recorded video, uploaded it to YouTube and included a link to it when I submitted the report. Every time I did all this they (the player) disappeared from the Division Tracker stats within a few days, never to be seen again - I assume because of a ban.Originally Posted by lunaticwolfdean Go to original post
So I think it can work, though the process is frustrating and harder than it should be. FWIW there's merit to putting the onus on the reporter for evidence, because one of the cheaters I turned in also submitted a rage report on me. With no evidence nothing came of it though (short of an email notifying me I was under an investigation).
In the end, it's imperfect, but what isn't?
I wish TD2 has some built in anti cheat.
Just take example from counter strike vac secure servers. They are at least a light year ahead in banning cheaters.
Its even better with overwatch option in global offensive. I was a die hard fan of counter strike playing from 2002 till date.
I love this game division so much that I did not even played cs once in last 3 months my rank disappeared as well.
I really really wish TD2 has some in built anti cheat that detects for suspicious .exe files, scripts and all in the installed game files to detect cheating. Right now cheaters in dz ruin the fun and I have stopped going there except for daily assignments.
Thanks and regards
Niladri.
Ubi-Zubi said it best, more info will be out on this topic soon. We appreciate your patience on this.Originally Posted by niladri.de Go to original post
