    opening tutorial not working

    Started a new character tonight.

    The very first thing to do is the test firing at the target.
    600 rounds later at the orange diamond and nothing changes.

    restarted the game.
    same results.

    Restarted the game again
    Same results.

    Had a friend start a new character
    Same results.

    If this is the best the game is, endless shooting at a Orange Diamond, then I don't see me buying the division 2.

    I did this just like this video shows and can not get the primary weapons test to pass.

    I was the person that helped Axlerod1 confirm that the tutorial was not functioning. I have a max level character and thought it was impossible that the game bugged on the first task showed to a new player. I can confirm that after starting a new character you can not shoot the bottles and move beyond the first part after taking cover.

    This is a bad first impression. We tried researching the issue and there are very very few reports, but it is a real problem.

    Hello i'm a new player too and i got the same issue BUT I have found a soluce => Go to the shelter (i'm not playing in english dunno if it's call shelter or other). And inside the shelter i was able to get a cut-scene.

    But I still cannot play because the game throw me out with error c-0-1302 and delta C-1-200

    REALLY UBISOFT ??? I just buy a game who's out for nearly 2 years and cannot pass the tutorial
