For a long time now I've been getting an error whenever I attempt to log into The Division on Xbox One. I get stuck at the startup loading screen where it says "Connecting: Gamefreak Toker". The little orange loading circle is there in the center and keeps moving as though something is happening but the game never passes this screen. I've been having this issue for months and very occasionally the sign in attempt will work, but 99.9% of the time I am stuck for hours at this screen. I tried signing into The Division on the same Xbox/Connection but with a friend's account instead and it worked. So this issue seems to be an issue related to my account, not the connection. I tried signing in on a different console with the same account and I am having the same issue on that console as well. I also tried unlinking and relinking my Ubisoft/Microsoft accounts and that did not work either. Thank you for your help thus far, please let me know if you can think of anything else for me to try.
That is strange... Please submit a ticket with Ubisoft Support, they should be able to help you find a solution.
