On the regular mission I did it on the first try, don't ask me how but I got rid of the helos that were attacking me and then I went to the LZ, on the second time around though, the one where I was doing the mission and I kept failing because I was shooting at the Sams near the canyon, it took me a few tries until I saw a video where (I think it was Frogs) they just waited for the Unidad boys to leave the zone and then they went on their merry way. It dis pissed me off because again, you have to cheat the system but I gotta be ok with it because the system cheats as well.

i got all the way out of the base with the vehicle intact, and no detection, then the game tells me to blow everything up! intentionally vague for what minimal spoilers there are. i am going to try and simply keep going without standing and fighting because the moment i did, like the game told me to do, i failed the mission.
ideas? do i just run?

Correct don’t shoot nothing but you can use the AI to sync shot.

section with the choppers come in just nose dive to left and keep nose diving to the right to avoid rockets and SAMs and alert goes away

That freaking helo is a brick with wings, at least on PC and with the new controls so staying put is the best option unless you are very good at flying and want to get some. That or repeat the mission a few more times
