Right to the point, I assume I've encountered a bug that doesn't allow me to progress through DLC quest "Dead Man Rises", which means to kill Echion the Watcher. This is because I have no option to track him down, and his menu states "Location currently unknown", as on the screenshot:

So I've progressed through the whole quest, until cultist's persona was revealed. Which means I've collected bear skins for the blacksmith's assistant and have spoken to him.Though, I have no options to continue: no option to track the cultist, no quest map markers, blacksmith's assistantt dialog option is not available. I suppose there's a possibility, that I had killed Echion the Watcher before I got the "Dead Man Rises" quest, as I had been exploring the area pretty meticulously.

I'm making this post cuz I'm not sure that devs are aware of the problem. Does anyone know, is there any workaround for this issue? Thanx in advance.
No, fast travel doesn't change the state of the quest or the cultist.
Speaking of game saves, unfortunately, I have just a single one, that is before I revealed the cultist. And it is also before I even started the DLC. So it would take pretty much time to get to that quest again and check

Here's some more facts, that you may find helpful.
I am pretty sure, that I've experienced this bug as soon as I've talked to the blacksmith's assistant, because I remember it pretty distinctly, that I could not track the cultist. But at that moment I did not think, that it was a bug, cuz I thought that I might find more hints on the cultist later during the main story. But I didn't.

It'd be great if you can grab that save file from the location described in our FAQ, zip it in a compressed file and submit it through a new support case.
