[Urgent] Severe Stuttering and Lag unable to play

Dear Ubisoft and For Honor Admins-san and Moderators-san,

I always had no issue playing For Honor before Marching Fire expansion. After marching fire expansion, I didn't play For Honor due to busy schedule until recently I decided to play back. When i enter the game such as multiplayer dominion 4v4, I experience extreme stuttering and Lag which doesn't allow me to play at all. I tested by reducing my graphic setting from extreme(Recommended) to medium and still encounter the same issue. This means there is nothing to do with graphics. I check latency and it was at 60ping which is acceptable.
I tested creating a 4v4 custom match dominion and the game is smooth and has no issue.

Please kindly help me. It is related to connection and latency issue with ubisoft server. I want to play For Honor Again.

I am using high-end desktop and internet connection. I am staying in Singapore.

    Below are my specs
Intel Core i7-6700K Quad Core 4.00GHz
Zotac GeForce GTX 1080 AMP Edition 8GB GDDR5X
    Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB)
Internet: Singtel Fibre Broadband 1Gbps (Ethernet/Wired Connection)

    Thank You!

    Regards,
    Sana Minatozaki~

Hey SanaMinatozaki-! Sorry to hear you're experiencing this.

Can you please try these initial connectivity troubleshooting steps including clearing your 'hosts' file, and setting up Port Forwarding?

Let me know if this improves the situation, if not we can investigate further.

    Dear Ubi-Gumdrops-san,

I did port forwarding and also the rest of the troubleshooting. Unfortunately, it doesn't helps. After doing the port forwarding, I restarted my router and played a game of 4v4 dominion. To my surprise, the game was smooth all the way. I was happy and i thought the issue has been resolved but when i enter the 2nd game and also tried a 3rd game. Same issue came back.
It seems like there is a latency spike.

My latency was at a very good 4 to 8 ping probably due to i was connected to singapore server, however the game still lags and stutter badly which is unplayable. I saw my ping will spike randomly to 80 plus or 100 plus.

Please help me resolve the issue soonest possible and indefinitely.

    Thank you!

    Regards,
    Sana Minatozaki~

@SanaMinatozaki- Can you submit a ticket with a screenshot of your port forwarding steps? Once you've done that, please update this thread with your ticket number. Additionally, I'd recommend resetting your host file and flushing your DNS.

    Dear UbiSailorScout-san,

As mentioned, I have already did the rest of the troubleshooting steps that includes resetting your host file and flushing your DNS.
My host file is already at its original thus no additional action was needed.

    Thank you!

    Hey there SanaMinatozaki-

You may need to set up unique entries for each port in your router settings, rather than adding multiple ports to one item.

    Hi Admin-san,

My issue has been resolved. The issue has nothing to do with connection. It is actually due to my controller (Razer Wildcat) and usb 3.0 input causing the game to lag.
I also doesn't know why will this happen
I have use another usb port 2.0 and it solve the problem.

    Thank you!
