Haven't played for a while, tried to play today, goes through loading screen only to freeze at the "connecting" screen. Whole computer doesnt freeze, only the screen and continues to play the theme music, never finishes connecting or show the characters.... Any ideas what could be wrong???
Check to see if you have DirectX12 turned off, and try reinstalling The Division. If you're still unable to play, submit a ticket with Ubisoft Support and they'll see what they can do to get you back in.
