In extreme difficulty and without being visually detected. Deploy to La Cruz Bravo, then complete the mission "La Plaga"
For everyone having problems getting this challenge done here is a simple way to complete it without being detected.

Unfortunately when I tried this with a max explosive drone, the target did not die in the resulting explosions.
The only difference with the drone for me was it wasn't near the floor when it reached the sliding doors.
Gotta keep trying ...
UPDATE - after two unsuccessful attempts using the very same techniques as in the video I switched to letting La Plaga escape down the tunnel after setting mines and C4 at his destination. prior.
