Previous Ubisoft Account Linking issue isn't working (Japan region one) - options?
Hello all! I recently got Just Dance 2019 for the kids and tried to log into my Ubisoft account to get the Unlimited. But it says that the email doesn't exist (it obviously does) when I try to log in.
I found the Japan region solution here where you download Assassin's creed Cloud and try and log in that way, but when I start that game, and then in the game, hit "Start Game" it gives me an error message about not being in the Japan region and then i get kicked back out to the game start screen. And never have a chance to enter in my Ubisoft account, which brings me back full circle to NOT BEING ABLE TO ENTER IN MY UBISOFT ACCOUNT ON JUST DANCE.
Has anyone else found any other solutions? Thanks!
(I previously had this issue too when I got just dance for the Wii U years ago... so fool me twice.....

Hi Mahman10! Welcome to the forums. I recommend against following that workaround in the future, as it appears to cause regional linking issues for player's accounts. For this issue, we strongly recommend submitting a ticket to your regional support with your Nintendo ID included in your case. Please also include proof of purchase for JD Unlimited and JD 2019 on your ticket as well. Hope you are able to resolve it!
