[PC]Games crash when maps load | Forums

Hello,

after the last update I have the following the problem: I start a match, pick my hero and in the map loading screen it crashes in the moment when the game/map starts.

Does anyone have this problem too?

Do you get an error message when this occurs?

If you haven't already, please try verifying the game files. This will check for missing or corrupt files and replace them. You can do this by clicking on the menu under the game icon in Uplay.

Hi Baron,

yes the first time there came an error message, but not anymore i checked automatic send. But there came only the message that an error occured.

Yes I did this + reinstall.

This may be caused by a known issue, could you please ensure your Ambient Occlusion setting is switched from HBAO+ to avoid this crash?
