Massive FPS drop since Grim Sky update

i'm experiencing FPS drops since para bellum update.

    Walking into the smoke
    Throw smoke
Look through smoke with glaz or acog.(130 fps to 50-40fps until smoke ends)
Echo yokai drone shot(140 fps to 30-40fps for 2 sec)
Other explosion effects lowering my fps so badly.

    CPU: i7 3770 3.4ghz
    GPU: gtx 1060 3gb
    RAM: 16GB DDR3 1600mhz.
    Operation system: windows 8.1 64bit

I tried all settings ultra-low-medium.Doesnt change anything i also lowered render resolution still down to 40-50fps.Formatted my pc installing win7,win10 nothing fixed.I found some guys they have sharing same problem with me and their system is better than me still they have this fps drop too. Please ubi fix your game asap. Some ubi developer guy was working for this problem 1.5 months ago before wind bastion update.

Thanks for sharing your ticket number! Please try disabling MSI Afterburner and RivaTurner, as they are both known to cause issues with Ubisoft games. Since you have multiple drives, please make sure that Uplay and Siege are installed on the same drive as each other. If they are, please try installing them on the same drive as your OS.

I don't usually use Afterburner and Rivatuner. sometimes for checking temps, gpu usage, cpu usage. Also my uplay files are in Local Drive (C/SSD) and Rainbow Six Siege files are in Local Drive (D/HDD).

Can you try installing them in the same location if you have enough space?
