I was playing ghost mode, I was down by bullet, i got revived by AI TEAM but I sat there, for about 30 secs and lost my character over a bug.
I Had take down two provinces
I did not record being downed by enemy ai. Video is after being revived, that where it freezes and my character dies

A similar issue occurred with me. I had synch shots ready to go, then I fell from a height that required a squad revive. My squad stood around me until I died in Ghost Mode.

My advice to you is to get back on that horse man. Find a work-around and be more careful next time. Any bugs are not going to be fixed and you have to figure out a way to exploit the system to your advantage.
