I found killing La Santera to be the least irritating. Killing her respawns you right at the front of the compound, you just run around to the back and she’s in a damn cage, ha ha!

It’s like Santa Blanca knew you were coming for her, and probably wpuldnhave wrapped the cage with a bow if they had one!

Ugh this mission sucks, here how i did it
I grabbed a Unidad armored buggy I started by running them over and having ai team open fire, once the helicopter comes I took the drone and flew it to the rotor blades causing the helicopter to fall.
I used P12 or Sams 5.7 Blacklist, and had rebel assistance.
Your suggestion does work, too, with the uh60, have found way to bring the enemy helicopter down using the chopper, land your helicopter onto of enemy ai helicopter causing the enemy ai helicopter to blow up
The mission is bugged after defending the bomb, at part where you have drive way, it said checkpoint,
I died near the mine after i crashed and time ran out,
I had to defend again. there should be checkpoint that actuality work

How can anyone not press the "Do Not Press" button? Every time you drop Al-Qaedo, you respawn right in front of the damn thing. After three times, you start getting auditory hallucinations, "Nomad... Press Me".

You could have used 4 Black Hawks and boxed yourselves in. I shoot 300 down per hour. Trust me. They have plenty.

As for there not being a working mission checkpoint, submit a ticket to customer support. I did. Basically, so far, they don't believe me ...

I however doubt very much that it will be fixed one way or the other.

UPDATE 2 hours later: CS at last acknowledged the information regarding the mission checkpoint issue, and stated it would be sent on. At this stage can't ask for much more.

It appears that I don't care about the challenge and reward anymore, but I gotta say it.

That's a hella good use of Photo Mode, sir. Looks like a legit guide.

It took me about 5 to 6 tries to dispose of said nice truck, some of it because i paid no attention to the time before explosion, then i pay way too much attention to the timer and was hitting every house and pole, also because I suck at driving big trucks, it seems I stole my CDL license.

Now that I am done with the campaign and some of the missions I am wondering if its worth it doing the challenges and can those be done Offline or do I need to be Online for them.

Personally, I didn't like the SGT's way of doing this mission, to tidious and boring. I am all for stealh but it seemed like the mission was all about going loud so I obligued.

That determination would be subjective. The challenges reward you directly with cosmetic items, or indirectly through credits for conversion. They also task you to complete objectives in a manner you wouldn't normally execute, which over time, increases your proficiency and capacity for lateral thought in the absence of sufficient resources.

An important factor you need to be aware of in your determination is the "Long Run" challenge, found on the top of the challenges screen. The "Long Run" challenge tallies how many solo challenges you complete over the course of four weeks and rewards you in three stages every four completed challenges. If you wish to acquire the final reward, which in this season is the Honey Badger, you must complete all twelve challenges when they are presented. There isn't much time left to complete the first three solo challenges, so if you do wish to acquire the Honey Badger, I advise you get on that ASAP.

As I always play online, I can't say for certain, but would assume that both the solo and task force challenges could be completed offline, possibly requiring you to connect to claim respective rewards. The community challenge, however, requires connection as it tallies the collective efforts of the Wildlands community.

In week 1's solo challenge 3, SNAFU w/ pistol, there is no way to engage without compromising your team. It WILL get very hot. Use your head. Balance minimizing risk with defending the objective. Don't be afraid to empty pistol mags when opportunities present themselves.

Good question regarding solo/TF challenges being completed if off-line. One quick way to determine is be off-line and attempt solo 1. Many easy spots to get the 3 kills. Sign on-line and chick the challenge icon box at the top of I/m/j page while in-game. You'll see if solo 1 is completed or not.

Vampire's spot on regarding there's not much time remaining for this week 1 series of challenges!
