    The game crash at Live Battle

    Well, when i found a match on live battle, we select stage, and before start my game automatically close and get crash report, anyone with same problem ? help pls

    I'm sorry that the game isn't letting you play! Have you ever been able to play in-game, or is its specifically when trying to play Live Battle?

    Provided your PC meets the system requirements, try following the steps in this FAQ. Specifically, try verifying the game's files and trying again.

    If this doesn't work, we can try something else with a little more information. Are you able to provide a screenshot of the crash report?

    Yes, 1st time, i have the game since it came out on steam, but when i try to enter in live battle, before it start, the game crash, i alrdy post on forums of steam, also made ticket, send all my specs, speak with an admin who say reinstall the game, i also do that but the problem persist, i also try many things replacing archivs and folders that i saw on forums but nothing work, if u want to know my specs are

    I5 8400
    16GB ram 3k mhz
    1070 FTW

    i always run the game in ultra 60 fps everywhere, so i really dont know what else to do, just wait until next update

    The crash report doesnt give any detailed information, just say the game crash send report, but i can upload a screen if u want

    Got same problem. I could play 2 events with VPN, then got disconnected and now i cant even load in freeroam

    @Kaluisu, could you please provide a screenshot of the crash report?


    @TheSlimeTwitch, can you confirm if you tried the troubleshooting provided by Ubi-Spud?

    i also tryied with a North America USA VPN but the game still closing

    Thanks for the screenshots! Can you submit your MSINFO and dxdiag files for investigation? Once you've done that, please update this thread with your ticket number.
