Making players wait 3 months for hero rebalances is making players leave this game | Forums

A lot of my friends on for honor are leaving this game because of heroes like bezerker and conq, who are extremely not fun to fight against, and it is extremely disappointing to know that changes to these heroes wont be coming in the near future. Plus with the addition of new heroes over the 3rd year, I dont think many players will stick around. You need to do small and constant balance tweaks. I know Stefan said that he doesn't want the game ping-ponging, but what he doesn't realise is the game is still going through this ping pong effect. The only difference being that rather it going from bad to good in a matter of weeks, it now takes months for any changes to be made. If you want this game to last for the long term you need to get rid of this idea that players will be invested in a game that takes 3 months to balance heroes that only need adjustments that can be done in a few weeks.

I really do hope that you dont skip over this post, because I really want to see this game last for the long term, but the way it's going I dont think that will happen.

I've left more or less because of the *******ed perk system. I'm never playing For Honor again until the old system is put back. Agree with your sentiments.

I left months ago when I realized Raider and Shugoki were never going to get a single change. In fact most of the heroes that actually have fun play styles are just sitting in bad tier right now wheras the characters that have super annoying spammy playstyles are able to get consistent brainless easy wins.

But since For Honor is balanced around dominion and nothing else, actually getting meaningful balance changes is pretty much a pipe dream.
